Iluxis was founded in 2007 by Geert Van Hove to take on the role as interim CIO for Siemens Belgium. Since the foundation of Iluxis, Geert has taken on many challenging roles going from digital transformation, transformational IT and shortening the time-to-market of services. 

Now, Iluxis mainly focuses on enabling digital transformation in companies that have the feeling of lagging behind on the digital train. Geert will guide them through this difficult but vital transition with a strong focus on customer experience.

Geert started his career as information analyst but rapidly enrolled his career further within more managerial roles. After various positions as VP, CIO and CTO, both in the US and Europe, he can look back at a remarkable track record with global responsibility in a wide range of industries.

Now he can call himself a transformational business leader who primarily uses technology to boost profitability, competitiveness & market share. Geert consistently finds opportunities to transform business models that bypass the fine-tuning of existing models and wins buy-in for sweeping cultural change via consensus-building style.
